You may request a copy of our rental terms and conditions prior to reserving one of our boats by calling (949)603-3020 or view our FAQ here. 

Cancellations

Cancellations requests less than 5 days prior to the confirmed reservation will be issued a credit voucher towards a future rental. Cancellation requests greater than 5 days prior to the confirmed reservation will be issued a refund back to the original form of payment.

Cancellations within 24 hours of the confirmed reservation are considered a no-show and no refund or credit voucher for future rental are issued.

Cancellations by Marcwest.us, LLC due to inclement weather or any operational unforeseen circumstances will be issued a full refund to the original form of payment.
