To make your arrival smoother and reduce the total cost of your rental receive a $20.00 discount to park across the harbor on the peninsula at one of our suggested locations and take the scenic ferry ride across the harbor directly to our dock. Present proof of off-site parking on the peninsula or rideshare service for credit.

Parking on the peninsula is available on the street, at the pier parking lot and valet parking. Any of these options provide easy access to the ferry entrance.

We strongly recommend this option for the best experience as the peninsula parking and ferry combination is often faster and more convenient than trying to park on Balboa Island.

Please arrive at least 45–60 minutes prior to your departure to allow for parking and ferry travel time.

Our boats will seat 8-10 passengers. Adults and Children under the age of 13 are considered passengers.
Yes, You are welcome to bring your own food and drinks.  You are responsible for removing all trash and any decorations prior to disembarking and the conclusion of your rental.
Yes, you may decorate the boat however you are responsible for removing all decorations prior to return of the boat. We do not allow use of tape or adhesives that may cause damage to the exterior of the vessel. Mylar balloons are prohibited in Newport Harbor and on our boats. Note that any damage to the vessel related to the installation or removal of decorations may result in forfeiture of the security deposit.
Yes, public restrooms are available near the dock at next to the ferry entrance.

Cancellations requests less than 5 days prior to the confirmed reservation will be issued a credit voucher towards a future rental.

Cancellation requests greater than 5 days prior to the confirmed reservation will be issued a refund back to the original form of payment.

Cancellations within 24 hours of the confirmed reservation are considered a no-show and no refund or credit voucher for future rental are issued.

Cancellations by Marcwest.us, LLC due to inclement weather or any operational unforeseen circumstances will be issued a full refund to the original form of payment.

Yes, Adult life jackets are located underneath your seats. California law requires that children under age 13 must wear a life jacket at all times while on board. We include all required safety equipment, documentation and instructions for USCG compliance.
For the safety of your passengers and your pets, animals are not allowed on board. Service animals are allowed with documentation.
Tritoons have three hulls located under the main platform and are are more stable than a pontoon or single hull vessel due to their design. They are designed for a smoother more stable ride and can handle rough, choppy water more efficiently than twin pontoons or single hull.
