Parking is available on Balboa Peninsula. Take the ferry to Balboa Island, it operates seven days a week, check the ferry website for hours of operation. The dock for Marcwest.us Boat Rentals is located at 504 South Bay Front, next to the ferry entrance on Balboa Island.

There are two city parking lots located at the intersection Bay and Washington on the Balboa Peninsula as well as public street parking and a parking structure on Palm. These parking lots provide easy access to the ferry.

We encourage you to use rideshare services when possible, our dock is adjacent to the ferry on the Balboa Island side of the bay and easy to access from a drop off point.

Our boats will seat 8-10 passengers

Yes, You are welcome to bring your own food and drinks.  You are responsible for removing all trash and any decorations prior to disembarking and the conclusion of your rental.

Yes, you may decorate the boat however you are responsible for removing all decorations prior to return of the boat. We do not allow use of tape or adhesives that may cause damage to the exterior of the vessel. Mylar balloons are prohibited in Newport Harbor and on our boats. Note that any damage to the vessel related to the installation or removal of decorations may result in forfeiture of the security deposit.

Yes, public restrooms are available near the dock at next to the ferry entrance.

Cancellations requests less than 5 days prior to the confirmed reservation will be issued a credit voucher towards a future rental.

Cancellation requests greater than 5 days prior to the confirmed reservation will be issued a refund back to the original form of payment.

Cancellations within 24 hours of the confirmed reservation are considered a no-show and no refund or credit voucher for future rental are issued.

Cancellations by Marcwest.us, LLC due to inclement weather or any operational unforeseen circumstances will be issued a full refund to the original form of payment.

Yes, Adult life jackets are located underneath your seats. California law requires that children under age 13 must wear a life jacket at all times while on board. We include all required safety equipment, documentation and instructions for USCG compliance.

For the safety of your passengers and your pets, animals are not allowed on board. Service animals are allowed with documentation.
